[ My founding story]
Over the last decades I was focused on building and developing my career; going after degrees, certifications and working hard to get promoted which allows me to increase my income.
Recently, macroeconomic shifts have led organizations to start laying off workers. The cost of living has risen, making even a basic lifestyle increasingly unaffordable.
Something needed to change as my family was growing, and I was fully responsible not just for myself, but for them as well.
As I was building my career, I became solely dependent on my employer, which inevitably brings uncertainty during difficult times.
Although I love my full-time job, I needed to adapt to an environment that had already changed.
I decided to take control of my own life, by starting my own business. I founded leansixsigmabureau.com, within a few months I was able to train and certify 148 professionals while working a full-time job.
With limited time and capital to build my business from scratch, the motivation to care for my family was limitless. This drove me to develop efficient systems and maximize leverage, enabling me to make a significant impact in today’s business world.
After successfully starting my own Lean Six Sigma business and developing a fully operational system that allows me to work ON my business rather than IN it, I decided to help other professionals on the same journey.
